ACM Metal Forming is a company based in Orillia, Ontario that has been supplying a wide range of small metal components to the automotive, electronics, and electrical appliance industries since 1988.
What is ACM?
ACM Metal Forming was founded in Mississauga, Ontario in 1988. It’s primary function being the manufacture of small precision stampings and wire forms for the appliance, electronic, electrical and automotive industries.
In 1993 ACM relocated its staff and site from Mississauga to Orillia and settled into its current location in 1997.
We aim to provide quality products while meeting all required specifications and delivery dates at competitive prices.

ACM Metal Forming has supplied parts globally, including Canada, the US, Mexico, GB, the Czech Republic, China, India, and Australia.
To make sure the components are everything they should be we offer in-house design and manufacture of tools, prototyping, manufacturability analysis, and other services.
In house tool design and manufacturing allow for greater control of products, shorter lead times to production on new products, lower costs and greater flexibility in dealing with product changes and improvements.
Innovative tooling techniques allow for low-cost production of complex parts, ‘in die’ product assemblies and demanding custom work.

What Are Our Products?
Our production equipment ranges up to 60–ton capacity on presses and 30 ton on slide or multi-slide forming equipment.
ACM primarily produces small parts.
Wire feed range from 0.012″ to 0.312″ diameter (0.3mm – 7.95mm), with a maximum of 12″ (305mm) feed.
Stampings are from 0.005″ to 0.186″ thick (0.12mm – 4.72mm) by 5″ wide (125mm)
